FEES AND PAYMENT
You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Services.
The annual fees are due and payable upon acceptance of this agreement.
If ITEEx is unable to collect fees, ITEEx may terminate this agreement and your right to use the service.
Purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

This site is owned and operated by Illinois CIO Exchange, Inc. (referred to as "ITEEx," "we," "us," "the site" or "our" herein).
All materials appearing on ITEEx are protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under U.S. copyright and other laws and are the property of ITEEx or the party credited as the provider of the content.
All data collected by ITEEx on its site or its partner-licensed sites are stored in the United States.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IDENTITY
Users of www.iteex.org have the ability to add personal and professional information to the site. By adding information:- You agree that all the information presented about yourself and/or your professional affiliation on ITEEx is true and accurate.
- You agree that you will not use our site for illegal purposes including posting information you know to be false, unlawful, libelous, harassing, profane, abusive, threatening, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree that you will not use our site to invade another user's privacy or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of other users.
- You agree that you will not use our site to distribute junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of an unapproved mass e-mail. You also agree that you will not use the personal information found within the site for any of the aforementioned means of distribution.
- You agree that ITEEx may use its full and sole discretion thereby removing any posts and/or restricting your posting privileges.
Users should be aware that other users may not appear to be who they say they are. ITEEx takes no action to perform a background check on any of the users or their profiles.
We do not guarantee that users' profiles contain accurate information.
Users should also be aware that other users may use our site for personal gain. Therefore, users should approach the site with the utmost skepticism, and research on their own, any information that appears to be questionable.
ITEEx will not screen, edit, or review any information posted by its users. However, we do reserve the right to monitor or remove any post, at any time, from the site without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate any user at any time, without notice.
You agree to waive and hold ITEEx, and any of its staff harmless for any claim relating to any action taken by ITEEx as part of a possible Terms of Use violation.
You agree that you are fully responsible for any repercussions resulting from any instance that occurs on the site while your password is being used. If you suspect you are being impersonated, or you detect any other violations of the stated agreements, contact webmaster@iteex.org immediately.
USE BY PAID AND FREE SUBSCRIBERS
You warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Services in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
If you are buying or selling goods or services using the Service, you further warrant that you have legal authority to enter into other binding agreements for the sale or purchase of goods or services.
You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the Services.
You also warrant that all information supplied by you in using the Services, including without limitation your name, email address, street address, telephone number, credit card number, and all information about your listed goods or services, is true and accurate.
REGISTRATION
By accepting the Terms of Use, you agree to provide accurate registration information. Failure to update and maintain an accurate email address may result in your immediate removal from the site.
When initially signing up for the site, you will be given a user name and password. Each user name will be unique. We have the right to refuse granting any user name that impersonates someone else's, or that we feel is inappropriate. When updating your profile, choose your password wisely. We are not responsible for any user impersonating you on the site. Again, if you have concerns or feel you are being impersonated please notify webmaster@iteex.org immediately.
By accepting the Terms of Use, you agree to maintain only one active registration with the site.
Failure to follow Terms of Use will result in your immediate termination from the site. If you forget your user name or password, please contact webmaster@iteex.org.
By completing the registration process and clicking on the "Agree," "Next," "Agree and Login," "Agree and Register" or related button, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use outlined in this document.
TERMINATION
You agree that we may terminate or suspend your access to the site for any reason. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities are possible grounds for termination. Neither ITEEx, nor any of its employees shall be liable to you or any third party for the termination of access to the site or any claims related to the termination of your access.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold ITEEx, its officers, owners, agents, investors and any employee harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
FORUMS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
"Forum" means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function offered as part of ITEEx. You shall not upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish through ITEEx any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law.
It is our policy to respect the privacy of all guests. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of Registration data (see our Privacy Policy), we will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a guest's e-mail unless required in the course of normal maintenance of ITEEx and its systems or unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:- comply with the law or comply with legal process served on ITEEx
- protect and defend the rights or property of ITEEx; or
- act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our guests or the public.
Guests shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages.
By uploading materials to any Forum or submitting any materials to us, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. In addition, you warrant that all so-called moral rights in those materials have been waived.

ITEEx is not responsible and shall not have liability, for any of the listings or advertisements contained in ITEEx.
